Elliott is an excellent candidate to carry the D3 banner! How come Division III is listed as Elliott s school?

If you go to Brett s bio , it does say Linfield. Elliott.

Brett Elliott has gotten 1,216 votes since we posted this blog entry but Drew has gotten 1,243.

  • Drew lost the most votes, but we have been given a chance to catch on the 6 guys who were ahead of Elliott.
  • The rules say that people can vote every seven days, and a few weeks of repeat voting could really give Elliott a boost.
  • My name is Brett Elliott Shadoin and I am a junior Journalism and Mass Communication major.

Linfields Brett Elliott has been named recipient of the 13th annual Gagliardi Trophy, given annually to the outstanding football player in NCAA Division III.

Elliott is the sixth quarterback to win The Gagliardi Trophy and first since Chad Johnson from Pacific Lutheran won the award back in 2000. Elliott passed for more than 300 yards nine times this season, equaling an NCAA Division III record.

Elliott ended his Linfield career with 8,614 passing yards and 110 touchdowns. With Elliott at the controls, the Wildcats scored nearly a point a minute in 2004, averaging 50 points and 510 yards of offense.

Elliott worked with the Linfield Review campus newspaper and campus radio station KSLC.

The Elliott wave theory is the basis of a technical analysis technique for predicting the behavior and market trends in the stock market, invented by Ralph Nelson Elliott in 1939. It is based on the belief that markets exhibit well-defined wave patterns that can be used to predict market direction: specifically that stock prices are governed by cycles which adhere to the Fibonacci sequence 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, etc. It claims that the stock market, acting as a meter for mob or crowd psychology, displays many of the same geometric features as other organic structures. Proponents of the Elliott wave theory claim that the pattern is exhibited repeatedly in past market price patterns, and that the fractal nature of such patterns creates a repetition of them on varying levels of order and magnitude.
