One thing I do know is NO IT IS NOT OVER, Chris will be the biggest star to come from American Idol. Chris Daughtry, Katharine McPhee, Taylor Hicks and Eliot Yamin and none of them could afford to stumble.

To me that really was the best compliment. I think Eliot is going home despite that the judges loved him tonight.

To me it was one of his best performances of all time.

• Once again Idol fans GET OUT AND VOTE for Chris as soon as the show is over.
• First - Last week was melancholy songs from The Great American Song Book , well great or not I bet there is not one die hard Chris Daughtry fan that had What a Wonderful World on a CD or MP3 player prior to last week.
• I think even the producers of Idol realized that and that might be why Chris got to go last tonight.

Some Claymates are still resentful against Ruben Studdard, which baffles me.

I guess all the American Idol singers seem a little manufactured. When I hear him sing, it is obvious to me that he feels every word.

Say what you want about American Idol, but it allowed Bo to be seen and heard by millions and he gained fans all over the world. Someone mentioned that the original artists of most all the songs Bo sang on Idol are enjoying renewed interest in their music because of it.

Which leads me to believe either the Disc Jockeys or the Program Managers are sexists or there is some kind of money, payola, ties from record producers to radio stations owners to help them keep control of the industry.
